My experience here yesterday was awful. They were very busy, and normally I'd be forgiving because of that, but not this time.... The employees and manager were so rude. The girl repeated my order twice at the speaker and got it right. Then I got to thewindow and the guy got my order wrong. Then they handed me my food (although I was missing fries, shake, and drink). Turns outthey got my order wrong but I did still have a shake I paid for. Then the mgr started yelling at the employee, "Why is that ladystill sitting there? We gave her everything! Get her out!! What does she want?" So he turns to me and says, "What do you need?"I said I needed the shake. So the lady hurries and makes like a half vanilla shake, and the guy basically tosses it at me. The lady running the drive thru is very pleasant to order food with. Greeted by kind service when I arrived at the window,... didn't skimp out on sauce for my sandwiches with a good amount of meat as well. Very, very nice experience here. While the staff have always been very friendly, today was a bit different. I ordered the new Wagyu Bacon Ranch burger.....the... menu board outside CLEARLY states that this sandwich is $6.99. They didn't have the jalapeno bites I wanted, so I got mozzarellasticks instead, for $3.49. I was told my total was $12 something, & I questioned it. Wax told that the burger is $7.99. I said,"I'm looking right AT it, & it says, $6.99.... & the Deluxe is $5.99. She kept telling me that the Deluxe was $6.99, & the one Iordered is $7.99. Feeling incredulous, I said, "I'll take a pic of it if you'd like me to" , & she replied, " No sweetheart,I'll just take a dollar off for you! ". I wonder how much extra money they're profiting from with this scam. CHECK YOUR BILL ifyou go to this location. I've been to many Arby's restaurants before and have always been able to use 2 coupons. Not the girl here,she's like it's not... allowed. Then I asked if I could add a lemonade on and she said NO. That is not allowed neither. This location is never busy andis hardly even open, you think they would want the business. Not coming back to this location again. Read more
