A rude person at the drive-thru I won't be going there again
I come here alot because I work next to here. I decided to try something new but it had alot of cheese and ranch on it so I got... nothing on it (I'm lactose intolerant so I stay away from dairy) I sat down waiting on my order, but then hear one of theworkers talking rudely about my order. Nice clean establishment, Betty Jo the manager is VERY kind and pleasant to deal with
My wallet was stolen and I was buying a half pounder with change. I had 3.50 left after the total was given to me "I get just... the beef no bun" I told the cashier that I wanted however much Roast Beef extra I can get for 3.50 her answer "I can ring you upfor 1 slider" when actually double meat is only $2. Would have left no stars if possible.... me and co workers put an online order in and store was closed. No problem we just... wanted a refund... but the store said they cant give a refund, so we talked to corporate and they said the store has to issue arefund but they still say they cant. We asked to just get our food instead on a different day and they said they cant do thateither.. so they cant do anything but steal our money.... would recommend you not have your money taken from these people sincethey are scam artists. I usually really like this location. They usually have a super nice staff, but today (4/18) must've just been an off day. The... person taking my order didn't really say anything, just repeated my order back very fast, then told me my total. Veryunfriendly. The food was good, and correct, but I specifically requested lots of Arby's and horsey sauce, and got none at all!Disappointed!! Read more
