Had lunch there on a Saturday afternoon. I eat at this chain often, but it was a first time at this location. I ordered “Nashville Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich” and this is what I got. Old soggy sandwich. The chicken was not crispy... and not covered in the hot sauce. Ordered spicy garlic wings today, asked for them to have extra sauce,the girl behind the counter swore up and down they were... covered in sauce and that she watched them get made, long story short I immediately had my husband drive back and get areplacement because they were so dry. Haven't been in a while but it never disappoints. The service was wonderful our server was the best he was so down to earth and... had such great personality. The food was super fresh and flavorful. I barely leave reviews but I just decided to do it at this time since I'm very disappointed today. The chicken was so tiny and... also skinny,, some of them were even smaller than the sauce cover like shown below(this cover is not the special cover but yes,,it is just cover about 2in diameter) I won't go there any longer. This Buffalo Wild Wings location never disappoints. The service is much better than any other location and of course I can't... forget to mention the vast options for wing flavors. I haven't had a bad sauce yet. All my experiences have been sitting at thebar, I can't speak to the same level of service at the tables. Read more
