They will have 5 or 6 cars pulled up passed the window waiting for food after they have paid. Waited for all the cars to be... served before me and watched 4 cars pull away from window with food, so i go inside and ask if something was wrong and they justhad my food sitting on the couture like they forgot about it...then they were rude when i told them that, thats ridiculous...Sadbecause i liked this location when my son worked there. What a dumpster this store was. The people in the drive-thru were manipulating the times by asking customers to wait before... pulling up, no one wants to be part of your scam. It's not fast food if it takes 20 minutes to get through your line. Andthey still didn't get my order. ;/ what a waste of time that is my short lunch break. *after talking to the manager Aprilher solution to replace my missing order was to return to the store and have them attempt to make it again. Sadly I have notmissed lunch and am back at work with zero resolution. Do better. Read more
I already had a 5 star review for this Burger King but I wanted to give a shout out to an employee that blew me away. Ashanti is... a fantastic asset. She was always smiling, was attentive, had great customer service skills and her communication with where Iwas at with my order was a great. You usually walk into a fast food place and feel like a nuisance and get ignore until yournumber is up. I hope this location can keep her around, she would make a fantastic manger if she isn't one already. Read more

I'm giving up on this burger king. The staff is rude and they frequently don't put in the effort into producing a quality... product. Last time I went there they didn't put any sauce on my Whoppers, they were dry. When I called and asked to talk to themanager they hung up on me. I've heard that they have employees give the positive reviews so don't believe them. Read more
You simply won't find a better managed burger King at this hour. They make sure the food is fresh and keep their customers... satisfied. This location single-handedly made me change my mind about the Burger King as a whole. I can't say much about their other menu... offerings, but their Bacon King and fries are always amazing in my experience. You're not getting a better burger and fries atthis price point anywhere else around here, I'd wager. Read more
