The staff at this Burger King work at a pace that is slower than a snail. I waited in the drive through for almost 10 minutes.... And there was only two cars total in the drive through. Lady at the register had.a smile even though they were understaffed. And although they were busy and they had a lot of orders to... fulfill we did have a little pause but was worth the wait because the quality of the food was thoroughly enjoyed. If we had towait and our food was not good we would have been upset. So therefore the smile and the quality of the food, it was worth thewait. Read more

Ordered the steakhouse burger meal with ONION Rings. Said it three times. Ordered the 8 pc. Mozzarella sticks. Asked what kind... of sauce I wanted. I said marinara was informed ranch was my only option so why even ask? Didn't get onion rings got Frenchfries that were cold and greasy. The mozzarella sticks were hard inside and deep fried on outside like they had double friedthem greasy and tasted like old fryer oil worse experience ever. A female manager there did replace the meal when I brought theissue to her attention so I raised it from one star to three. Read more
