I've had in years.The young lady who served me needs praise for Going above and beyond. In today's food service industrycustomers got the short end of the stick.Higher prices,longer lines and sub par food and service. Just stopped in here to grab two chicken tender dinners and boy what a mistake. I've been going to chicken shack my whole life.... My mom always ordered the large mushrooms and ever since I've always ordered the large mushrooms. Without fail its always been ahuge portion of delicious, good size mushrooms in a large 9x9 container. Until today that it is. Today I was served thesmallest, saddest and soggy fried mushrooms I've ever had in a half size container barely filled. 0/10 pretty unacceptable for a$9 side that pushed the bill over $45 for two dry chicken tender dinners and a sad sad order of mushrooms. I LOVE chicken shack. Most of their locations are actually independent of each other but are all consistent. I personally love... the chicken tenders. They will not disappoint! They're known for the fried chicken on the bone and their ribs are fantastic aswell. KFC eat your heart out! It's garbage by contrast to chicken shack! I've personally visit this location near my new house.The 11 mile royal oak and ryan Warren locations are others I frequented in the past. All equally delicious!!! I've gotten food from this location for at least 9-10 years now. I am contemplating not coming back to this location ever... again. The quality of the food has gone way down. For instance regarding the chicken bites. They used to give you 10 fairlylarge pieces of chicken and the last few times I've gotten them they were smaller than a chicken nugget at McDonald's.
