Although the food is good, everything back there is kept rather messy. Not quite unsanitary but instead of wiping down the... counters on a fairly regular basis, they'll leave everything lying around for quite a few orders until they'll wipe down thecounter. I know it's a pain to have to constantly wipe everything down and change your hands gloves, but that's what *needs* tohappen in the food industry. Read more

The overall experience left much be desired. We ordered the bowls and we both asked for extra rice and extra chicken and... consequently we were not told there was an up charge for this request. Of course, our meal had been made and we were not goingto refuse to pay for it, but when there is an up charge for certain requested items, the customer should be advised of thisbefore the items are added. They dont even put enough chicken yet they stand there and lie and say "I put a full portion" and when it comes down to getting... cheese or lettuce they don't even give a handful. The NASTIEST & WORST chipotle ever, there is no hiding it? it?s just plain sight right in front of you and the funny thing about... it is when you call & tell them your experience they offer to ?remake the food? at what cost? having to eat it again afterseeing what I just saw? Manger is Owen that?s if I?m spelling it correctly because he was super afraid of saying his namebecause he wouldn?t offer a refund for the terrible food experience. Being the loyal customer I am there I am pretty disappointed to say the least. Probably the last couple of orders between my... husband and I have been absolutely horrible. It wasn't always like this. I couldn't eat dinner tonight because of the way thisis prepared. If you don't want to be somewhere to work, then don't go. Sad considering prices were raised. I barely haveanything on my taco as you can see below. I asked for extra lettuce & cheese as you can see on the sticker. Where isit???? Would have been 5 if heat came with the food. They offered to remake the food but the food on the line wasn't hot and there are... no microwaves on site. Other than that the food was delicious ???? Read more
