Always awesome taste. Club on a sub, added mushrooms, black olives, and banana peppers. So good. Definitely hit the spot.
I enjoy the subs but their staff is awful. I have never had a positive interaction. They seem annoyed you are there. Very... robotic and transactional. The entire staff always seems like they are in a bad mood. Also, they no longer let you use thebathroom!! And the freestyle machine is always out of mixture. Other than that, great subs. Read more
i had a doordash order and the staff wouldn?t acknowledge me even though i told them i had an order. I ordered it an hour before... i got it and it garunteed 20 minutes. they weren?t busy at all they maybe had three other people in there and i had to wait inthere for 40 minutes to get sub pad sandwich. I started going to Firehouse Subs while living in Texas. Absolutely delicious subs. The best around, the freshest ingredients.... When I found them here I continued to order my fav Club on a sub on a regular basis. Great food nice staff clean restaurant.Enjoy! Read more

My food was ready when I got there, sat In front of the pre order table for 10 minutes, nobody greeted me, no hey did you order... already, people keep getting their food while I'm being ignored very rude, unprofessional staff don't waste your time muchfriendlier people at other places to eat at. Firehouse Subs are excellent. There was a lady at this location, that would not participate in any promotions and also refused... to give me my free birthday sub, which you are supposed to get as part of Firehouse rewards, but hopefully this lady is gone.Today I went there and had no problems and my subs were excellent and she was not there. $6.99 for a medium italian sub is agreat deal and I really like their Cajun Chicken, which you can't get anywhere else. I just hope that rotten lady is no longerthere. I remember seeing her berate the other employees and it made me so sad. If I find out she is gone, I may be able tochange my score to 5 stars. I will have to see next time I try to get a free birthday sub or use points for a free sub or ifthere is another T Mobile promotion with Firehouse subs. Unfortunately, it looks like the Firehouse Subs at 16 & Van Dyke inSterling Heights, MI has closed. Judging on my visit at the Hall Rd. location today, this Firehouse has gotten better andhopefully there will be no issues with this location if the rotten lady is gone. Read more
