Ronaldo is rude and doesn?t seem to like his job. Made a delivery order and they said 30 mins and here I am 1hr and 20 mins... later and still no food. I call to see what?s going on and the guy wasn?t trying to do anything to make us not want to send itback. Ronaldo is carless and doesn?t seem to like his job at all. I ask if he can wave the delivery fee and he basically told metuff luck. Do better Ronaldo if that?s his real name Because corporate will be called tomorrow. Good luck. 8/18/22. I ordered a small pizza with black olives and ham for 6.99. It was better than a Hot n Ready. It was hot and I was ready to eat... it! They made it exactly how I wanted it even though it was close to closing time. Customer service was good too. Read more

Ordered delivery, Everytime I order they ignore delivery instructions and leave at the wrong place. Even though there is clear... instructions. This time was the worst though. I did not hear the vehicle this time. Not only is it cold but they smashed thepizza into the box. I will not bother with you guys again unless you get some drivers that can read. I've drove for a pizza place before so I know it can get difficult to get an order correct when people aren't always great at... communication out there, then make a pizza and send it thru an oven and then have a delivery driver drive out while he or shehas many, many other orders from pizza buyers in the area. And hungry howies is quite popular, but I think this place is kindand does their best. They have never failed me and have always been nice when coming to my door on deliveries. We called to place and order and by no surprise the little extra work it was gonna consist of was felt through the phone? we are... truckers who were just hungry trying fill our belly?s with the next meal we could come by believe me sir who briskly hung thephone up with no hesitation and attitude it wasn?t our first choice of food but it was our closest option. I'm a regular for Hungry Howies about 2 times a month. I'm usualy trying to save money so I often get the $5 small 2 topping... deal delivered. This place kills it every time!!! If you want good prices and good pizza, this is the place I go to all thetime. Always delivered on time, fresh taste, still warm/hot when delivered. The sriracha sauce they can add on is amazing!!!Maybe 1/20 of the time the order is wrong but that's okay with me. I also appreciate the drivers coming out late at night duringthe cold to deliver my pizza. I always make sure to tip these guys as they deserve it for the quality pizza and service they putout. I had a mistake occur with my order and the general manager Anthony Gadbois was just amazing and he is replacing my order by... putting a credit on my account and provided me with the best customer service.
