Tried to order a lunch pizza here with 1.5 hours notice. I go to pick up at the time I mentioned while ordering with a guy who... answered the phone and they say no order has been placed at this location. It is two females working there. I called the numberagain and aa female answers. Says they just opened and no orders have been placed. I check the number I called against Google.Same number, so whatever phone system they use to take preorders is absolute garbage. The "corporate number" I was given was arude guy that said he'll send a gift card out to us at work. Never shows up. Pretty sure the phone at this location forwards tothe franchisees phone before opening and that's who I "placed my order" with. Hungry Howie's as a whole is going downhill overthe last 5 years. I called in a carry out. I ordered a Maui pizza with barbecue sauce and butter cheese crust and some cheese bread. The man... answering the phone has very poor English. He got my order wrong 4 times, then finally read it back to me correct. I just gothome and there?s no barbecue on it, there?s no butter cheese crust and everybody else working there spoke perfect English.Hungry Howies is my favorite pizza. This location is horrible. It took me longer to order than it took to make the pizza and itstill came out wrong. Not what you want after a 12 hour work day. Read more

If your REALLY reading the reviews,you'd notice... there is an issue with the manager, Debbie, and all you do is say "we'll contact the owner". OBVIOUSLY the owner, Greg, couldgive a rats @$$ what ppl have to say about his poor management. Hungry Howie's this location seriously is the worst because ofmanagement and I would not let someone keep leasing my company name with such bad reviews. I ordered a pizza for delivery just before 4pm. The estimated wait was 45 minutes. 65 minutes later when I checked the status... online, the pizza hadn't been made yet, let alone assigned to a delivery driver. When I called to cancel my order, the peoplewere polite, but did not apologize for taking way longer than estimated, or try to salvage the sale if they did already make thepizza. I have no idea when I actually would have gotten my pizza, but there shouldn't be a time estimate if it's not going tobe in the neighborhood of correct. Had they said it would be 1.5 hours or 2.0 hours for delivery, I could have made my choice. As it is, I am hangry, and no closer to eating than I was 75 minutes ago. Read more
Food service is hard right now and all deliverys servicing are running behind. It's only right to be kind and understanding. Pretty solid pizza for the prices. Similar to Little Ceasers but a little bit more expensive and not quite as convenient. ... Don't forget to get the flavored crust upgrade that's always free. This specific location is usually really quick for pickup, 15-20 minutes max. We will definitely go back for more. Read more
Ive ordered from this location many times. For the most part the foods good! And delivery is usually pretty quick! as a person... whos worked fast food jobs most my life i understand we are all human. And everyone makes mistakes. Which is why ive chosen togive this place 5 stars today. Upon receiving my food. I realized they made a mistake and i received the wrong calzone. I calledand the woman i spoke with very apologetic.
