They got all the special requests right (cheeseless pizza for our... dairy-intolerant guests, green pepper on only half the veggie pizza) as well as pleasant customer service and promptness inorder pick-up. This Jets Pizza located at 19Mile rd and Schoenherr rd. makes the best pizza in the area. There is a closer Jets Pizza to my... house, but they drown your Pizza in barbecue sauce. So I drive a little farther to this Store where they make it perfect !!! Read more
The quality of service at this location has gone downhill. Ordered a fairly decent order right after Christmas - had to repeat... my credit card number several times until the person got it right. Then the delivery was taking a lot longer than quoted to me(and we only live a mile from the store) and I called to check on it. Got a guy on the phone who only responded with ?yep? -this happened 4 times. This guy needs training in customer service. Very rude. By the way, he never spoke another word, just?yep?. Really?
