I have been order pizza and salads from this Jet?s location for a few yrs now and have it delivered usually. The folks that work... here make great pizza (hand-tossed or Detroit style) and salads. I do not know if this is the right jets that this employee works for but this silver imapla with the jets sign on the car needs... to learn to drive. He almost hit our car with our kids in the car with out useing a turn signal or check his mirrors. I havethe license plate if the manager is interested. He shouldnt be a delivery driver if he isnt going to comply with the rules ofthe road. He should have wsited for it to be clear to get over instead of cuting off traffic. I have a feeling this isnt thefirst time hes done this. Hes representing jets when hes out driving with that sign on top of the car. Do better. Read more
I have no idea how you can manage to keep a bottle of sweet tea cold like it just got out of the fridge while sitting to a hot... pizza but you pulled it off. Thank you so much! Initially when placing the call, I wanted to order an 8 piece but didn't have the full amountin cash on me. I changed it to a 4 piece so I would have enough to pay and leave a tip. Little did I know, through checking thereceipt, wondering if I would have to call, figure out a way to pay the amount or SOMETHING, I saw that the person I had talkedto used a coupon to shave 3.99 off, and had okayed the 8 piece. Order salad from here and they charged us 9.99 and gave us a bowl full of bitter WHITE lettuce (barely any green). This Is... either the core of the lettuce that should have been thrown away or it is Jett?s buying Garbage produce and selling at apremium price to their customer. Read more

STAY AWAY! I ordered a well done pizza and it was delivered charred , smelling and tasting burnt. I called and calmly explained... the situation but I was told that this was how I ordered it and they refused to replace it. To think that I tipped eight dollarsthe guy who refused to replace it! This is by far the worst jets pizza I?ve ever dealt with. Spend 45 dollars on pizza and get cold toppings on half of a half of a... pizza. I order a large cheese pep sausage mushroom with half turbo crust half Cajun below is what I get lmao. They have a bunchof kids running this location all of them looked stoned and could careless about their job. Update: Corporate reached out andmade things right.
