My colleagues and I had a craving for seafood pancakes and we're roaming Detroit looking for a place that was open late (our... normal goto, Daebak Korean bbq, turned us away 45 minutes to closing :'( ). We stumbled across this unassuming gem and it's nowmy new favorite Korean restaurant. They had everything I could want and more. The staff were attentive and polite. The dishes are unbelievably flavorful! It's also fun that you can cook the food exactly to your liking if you choose a table... with a grill. I prefer eating family style here. And the drinks are worth trying. On top of everything, the service wasincredible! Read more

The food was excellent! The portions for what we ordered were great as well, but I'm unsure we got all of our food. Everything... we did get tasted fresh and delicious. We did have a party, but we were paired with someone who obviously did not want to dealwith us, which gave us poor service. It's one thing to be busy, which we understood, but to come over 25 minutes after we rangour bell twice and have an attitude immediately took us all by surprise. The server forgot my cousins meals completely and gotfrustrated when we asked about her food 3 times. Then my cousin didn't receive any side dishes so I gave her mine. *We allordered our own separate meals and were denied what we were to be paying for until we showed the server the menu.* We barelyordered beverages and we only got water thanks to another employee. A couple people got a beverage order in. I've done KoreanBBQ a few times and I've noticed a trend, so I tried to warn my friend what to look out for... which we ended up going through,sadly. Just recently tried this place for the first time on a Saturday night and we'll definitely be going back. We did a combination... plate that was cooked at the table. Everything tasted amazing. I was craving for Korean food and decided to try this place out. We were seated right away. The kimchi and other pickled items... didn?t taste that great. The spicy squid dish had great flavor and hit the spot for me. My daughter thought the sweet and sourchicken was okay. The bibimbap was just ok? wish it had more flavor.
