There was a girl with a really really bad haircut who made my order. I ordered a Oreo McFlurry. When I ordered with the girl... everything went fine. However, the wait went from 2 minutes to 25 minutes. I complained so much and the lady said I have towait. Than I finally got mad and started cussing her out, then she said the order didn?t go through. She then placed the orderand I got my McFlurry, however when I ate my McFlurry I saw something brown/gold. I ran and she started crying more. I then toldanother worker named Joseph and he gave many many apologies and fixed up my McFlurry. I?m glad to see there?s still hope in theworld like Joseph. He should get a raise. Next time I will be calling the health department and a barber for that girl. Read more
I ordered 4large fries 2McDoubles 2large pops. All 4 fries were cold. I returned food and told the lady all my fries were cold.... She had me pull over to a parking spot. A young man came to the car with a bag with fries. They were hot on top and cold onbottom. Not happy. Read more
The evening shift manager has an attitude problem. I asked for a number three meal and was given a drink and sandwich only. When... I came back to tell them my fries were missing she said I never had fries. I told her I asked for a number three. She said thegirl at the counter rang it up as a burger and drink. I told them they got my order wrong because I didn't get what I asked for.Ashe finally gave me my friend but was very adamant about it. Never coming here again. This place is great some days and totally horrible other's. The customer service here is great from every employee I've ever... gotten but food quality lately has gotten super bad. Before the recent remodel about 3 months ago i recieved a moldy chicken andstop going here they also frequently messed up my order or totally forgot items.. I gave them another chance recently after theremodel and it was still pretty terrible not moldy but food was definitely left on the warmer too long and they forgot item's. Read more
This place is a joke. I ordered a regular Egg McMuffin and received what seems to be a hash brown with melted cheese on it and... Big Mac sauce. My friends, family and I are NEVER returning back to this McDonald?s, you shouldn?t either. This location is ajoke! Read more
Tried the crispy chicken sandwich and it was ok at best. Bun was super hard and almost stale. Chicken was not terrible and just... ok. Lady taking my order was very nice which is surprising. Not too busy on a Wednesday. Read more
In the last month I was told their card reader was down 4 times. This is the midnight crew. I asked the drive through how often... does this happen and I was told everyday between 3 and 4 am with aditude so I knew right there they are turning people awaybecause 3 thru 4 am it must be play time for them. Funny how thats the hour they switch over to breakfast. When you pull upyou'll see then in a group chatting or sitting on tables with their cell phones. Read more
