Normally Panda Express is decent. But for some reason on the rare occasion. It?s the worst food I?ve ever eaten. I open up the... box of honey sesame and usually it?s long pieces of honey covered chicken with sesame (go figure) but this time I open it andI?m greeted to a dark brown shriveled up almost paste like covered chicken without a single sesame in sight. I give it thebenefit of the doubt and it?s tastes like the bottom of a shoe. I?ve never genuinely spat of food before but this was a first. Itry to give the rice a shot to see if I can even eat anything and the rice was a cold, soggy mess and literally tasted like wetsocks and I spat that out too. Not to mention I got the super greens and that somehow was bad too. I genuinely don?t know whatwent wrong or how long that chicken and rice were sat out for. I have been going to Panda Express now for 4 years and I never had an experience at Panda Express like I had today. I asked for... the chicken plate. When I received it I left then when I looked at it I came back to exchange it but the manager wouldn?t do it.I became angry with her and I said that if she doesn?t want to exchange it for what I thought I ordered she can keep it and Iwill find a different Panda Express to go to. i try my hardest to be patient w fast food workers? but it?s the little things that matter the most. especially coming from... someone who manages a ff as well.. i love panda don?t get me wrong but it?s extremely frustrating when i ask for extra orspecific things and they say ?okay? and i expect it to be in the bag ? i pay extra as well and a very good majority of time wheni come something that i would like is out so please just double check your orders and bags the extra 15 seconds you take todouble check will not hurt anyone. Not thorough with their orders, I ordered extra sauce I didn?t get, and their noodles are so dry I literally have to take a sip... of water with every bite that?s how dry it is looks like no butter no soy sauce nothing on it just food coloring! $16, for chicken popcorn shrimp portion food. I would not recommend, food not good either.
Panda Express already has the most dry noodles and I?m not a fan of their ?Chinese? food but my niece wanted it and we came... through the drive thru. The best thing they have is their walnut shrimp. the breaded exterior was soggy and the orange chickenwas hard and mostly breading. Crab Rangoon were just fluffy cream cheese. Nice staff BAD food. I ordered the plate and the larger one for $10.30 for three mains and 1 side, the noodles and a side of... crab Rangoon. $25 buck later. I drove home 14 min away. I love good Chinese food Thai food Korean food oriental food. And I liketo be fair about my reviews. There was no flavor in any of the dishes I find it hard to believe. I didn't expect PF Chang but Idid hope for something edible. Very nice staff but I can't come back the food is just a waste of money. Sorry I wish you thebest of luck. Read more
