Ordered food on Panera website and Never got my food. Store blamed it on door dash. But the Door Dash person was there waiting... for order and couldn't find one. Dasher was constantly communicating with me trying to find the order. Panera told me the dashermust have stolen the order. Management was not helpful at all. Called 3 separate times to try and get answers on where my foodwas and to get a refund. Panera refused to help and told me it was a Door Dash problem. Unfortunately, this Panera has really gone down hill over the years. What they sell is good, so good I've been willing to... forgive constantly forgetting sides or bakery items, willing to forgive not telling me they're out of a bakery item and lettingme leave having paid for something I didn't get, and even giving my friend a salad instead of the soup he ordered. But after thebizarre trip I just had... I'm done. First, they're out of cinnamon rolls, ok, that's fine, I understand being out of a bakeryitem at 7 PM; then I don't get my side of chips, so I have to go inside to correct that, so I may as well not have gone throughthe drive through; THEN, while I'm in there, what do I see, but four cinnamon rolls sitting clearly out for purchase. Then, whenI get home, I find no pickle with my sandwich (which at this point, I've accepted is a toss up whether or not it's included),and my sandwich has been made one half with the correct bread, and one half with... a totally different bread. Like, asourdough. I'm over it. I'm tired of this happening. Every time I go I expect something to go wrong. This time it was justabsurd enough that I'm not going to bother giving any more chances. Waited over AN HOUR for a walk in order. Ridiculous. I work at a competitor of Panera and basically have the same food. I know... it shouldn?t take that long with a ton of people behind the line. All i ordered was a salad with chicken. It?s not hard to getthe lettuce out of the bag and throw a few pieces of chicken on it. Not to mention the managers in the back playin? on theirphones. SO frustrating when you?re trying to get back to class and waiting on a freaking salad for over an hour. Read more
Todays service was absolutely horrible. The cashier was serving the pastries without wearing gloves! There was a worker who was... putting signs up and she was standing in the way of the customers and was talking back rude and without even looking at us. Theywere out of almost everything and didn?t have any sausage, bagels or scones and the pastries looked old. My mom got the pecanbraid and it was all burned from the top and tasted old and bad. I was surprised by this service today and they keep hiring newworkers who don?t know what they are doing and who don?t fit to work in a place like this. I do not recommend this Panera breadon hall road to anyone. This place has gotten messy and you wait a long time for your food. They overcharge for their food andit doesn?t even taste good and on top of all of that they ask for a tip! Read more
Have been out of the Chipotle Chicken Avocado the last 3 times I visited. Tried 2 other sandwiches (Toasted Steak and Smokehouse... BBQ) and it was the worst idea ever to step away from the norm. Please get back to obtaining Avocado for the sandwich please.???????????????????????? Read more
I used to really like Panera Bread. They use good ingredients and when they do it right, it's a really great place to eat. Two... major problems though. Service is not good. It's like nobody was trained at all. I'm sure they have been, I mean you wouldthink so, but so few of their employees act like they are trained. Also, and this is a biggie... This is a restaurant yet theyact like they are all trained to medical doctors and are constantly giving medical advice to every customer who happens to havea face. They are very unfriendly to people with a face. If I could go to a Panera Bread that would just make the food right andnot give unwanted medical advice, that would be great. But it just is not the case. So I have not been to a Panera Bread in ayear and a half at least, and will not be going back. It's a shame they could not get their act together. I visited Panera bread today for lunch. I ordered the Panera Duet which included a 1/2 tuna salad sandwich, a cup of vegetable... soup, and a 1/2 french baguette. I had a water with ice to drink. The meal tasted delicious. The smell was fishy, as expected,because it was a fish sandwich. I will be visiting this restaurant again. Read more
The cashier was fine but didn't ask for my rewards number and did not ask what side item I wanted with my breadbowl of soup so I... got more bread. I mentioned to my daughter that I wish the cashier had asked me because I would have gotten chips instead. Amale employee handing it completed orders heard me and got me chips. The location was clean and inviting with the fireplace andpillows on the couches. Read more
