I've been to alot of popeyes, this one is continually 0 stars. Worst customer service I've witnessed at any restaurant ever. Got... my order wrong (1 spicy chicken sandwich) 3 times in a row. Not once not twice 3 times! Went back a couple weeks later waited inline for 25 minutes (there were 3 cars ahead if me) they're literally slow af. When I finally get to the window they saidthey're out of chicken...... ???????????? place is a joke. Check your food before you leave if you don?t want to be disappointed. My order is never correct. At this point I?m pretty sure... they don?t know the difference between white and dark meat, I order mash potatoes but get rice, and it?s never ready whenprojected for Door Dash to pick up. I ordered the three strips meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. They gave me the mashed potatoes correctly I suppose. But for... the chicken they gave me two wings one leg and thigh. It was like 12 bucks in the drive-through. They did not give me areceipt. I did not take it back. I don?t have time for this and it wasn?t what I ordered and I have no way to fix it. Read more

Would give 0 stars but isn?t an option. Should have read the reviews before even driving up to this facility. I thought it?s... called fast food for a reason? Person in front of me ordered not that much and took them 15 minutes to even receive their food.Once I finally got to the speaker to order, there was no response for at least 5 minutes. Person putting in order sighedconstantly while ordering TWO SANDWICHES!!! Only one request of no mayo and I guess that was too hard to manage. Don't waste your time. Order is wrong 95% of the time. Some rude staff some nice. Food tastes good and they reimburse you... everytime order is wrong. Update: Now 1 star. Too many bad experiences over the past year. Wait 45 minutes with a few cars inthe drive thru for very low quality, incorrectly cooked food. Zero compensation offered for my inedible incorrect order. I see the 3.5 stars, and idk, maybe I just got lucky today, but I had my first Popeyes spicy chicken sandwich, and it was the... best piece of chicken I've ever had. Super juicy and tender, delicious. Definitely have to come back. Read more
