Excellent place to get dinner. The best things here are the beef tikka (the filet), the bread they give you with the meal, and... the beef shawrma. All their meat is very moist, tender and taste excellently! The lamb chops are okay so just stick with themeat. Read more

Best middle eastern restaurant in the Detroit area. We keep trying new ones and end up coming back to Sahara both oak Park and... Sterling Heights. Been going there for over 20 years and not a single bad meal or service. The food is done just right, andfresh. Service is above the top. Attended a wedding banquet here and the food was good, but the service and the logistics of the seating arrangements could have... been better. Servers at the bar seemed surprised that you wanted a drink and acted confused when you requested somethingspecific. After everyone was seated for dinner we had to get up and change tables.
