Drink that we received was amazing. The lady behind the counter, Debbie, touched my food with her hand. No gloves.... The... customer in front of me wanted her chocolate croissant warmed up and Debbie did not want to do it and told the customer shecould do it at home..... The employee did not understand the drink we were to make, and it took a while for her to understand.Debbie did not make any time to talk to me or connect with me like Starbucks employees are trained to do, she just focused onthe regular customer behind me. This is a great place to go for drinks, and because of the location you can always do some shopping first! The service is nice... and fast and the staff are always really nice! Love going here with my family on Sunday afternoons after shopping. Read more

This drive through is honestly the most painful thing I've ever had to sit through. worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They... don't even make the drinks right one, two they aren't even nice. No one says have a good day or thank you. NOTHING! If you'regoing to hold me in like for 25 minutes atleast tell me to have a good day. Someone needs to do something about this place. Read more
