If they get your drink wrong, good luck getting a refund or replacement drink. I got two large vanilla lattes at this Starbucks... a week and a half ago. Two girls were talking at the window and took a minute to turn around and say hi when I pulled up to pay.I got home and found my drink had no espresso in it - it was just sweetened milk. I called the Starbucks, talked to the manager(Joseph), and he wrote down my name and drink so I could go back for a refund. I went by today and explained about the drink andphone call. This location refused to give me a refund or a replacement drink. I said that I?m not just trying to get $5 out ofthem or a free drink, I was more upset about the principle of being given the wrong drink, and not being able to get a refund. Iwill not be going back. Cashier was very nice and friendly The store has nice layout with comfortable seats . Needed Cleaning job though Location was... convenient And parking spots are available. My drink had to be done twice because it wasn?t made to my liking in-spite of mydetailed request. But they did it no problem Read more

Honestly I don?t recommend giving this location any business. Staff is treated poorly. Starbucks is known for their energized... and friendly staff, but they all seem drained. Also, working in a pandemic is no joke, regardless of vaccination status. Peopleshould not be forced to come into work when members of their household have test positive for COVID. This is outrageous. I trulyunderstand why people don?t want to work right now. It is because of how poorly they are treated. The workers are people too.They shouldn?t be forced to come into work when they have been exposed or live with those who have tested positive. Like others have said, sometimes this location is randomly closed. It can be slow at times, but it is delicious! I have never... had a problem with them making my drink wrong. The new strawberry funnel cake frappucino was good! Read more
Starbucks is always a cute place to visit. I usually revisit locations that I know have friendly employess. I've been to... multiple locations (In and out of state). This location is quiet and is rarely busy which I like because you always need thatmoment of peace. Read more
