Literally ruined an already messed up Thanksgiving for my family this year. We pre-ordered Thanksgiving meals last Sunday for... family after having to cancel get together due to COVID. Go to pick up and are told they are sold out of turkey completely! Saidtheir truck didn't show up. What is the point of pre ordering if you don't reserve the product for your customers? They didn'teven bother to contact us knowing they have outstanding orders that haven't been fulfilled so you stand in line and wait only tofind out they don't have any Turkey to give you and with absolute ZERO compassion from staff. I placed an online order for a turkey breast at least a week before Thanksgiving. Stood in line in the rain for close to 30... minutes to pick up the turkey and pay with a gift card, only to be told they are out of turkey breasts, never mind that Ireserved one the week prior. Placed oder on Thursday of last week. Went 12/24/2020 to pick up my oder, was told when I called that they may not have what I... ordered. Was told that if you did not prepay you're not guaranteed that the items will be there. Only got 2 out of the 4 itemsthat I ordered. No where does it say you must prepay to guarantee your order. Also asked while I was there about a pie being instock,, and the clerk answered "I don't know". Was not polite about it at all. I had a coupon that wanted to use but was deterred. I could have broken up my order and use theirs and mind. But the young... lady did take all my bags to my car. That was sweet. Maybe I will go back and use it because I wanted a whole smoke turkey andnot a smoked breast. Oh well. Read more
