Workers are skimped out of money and replaced in the blink of an eye when employee is sick. Still gets asked to come in knowing... it could spread to customers!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would they don?t even deserve a 1 star review! Places like this makeme disgusted Read more

On my way to work this morning at 6am, I got into the drive through line behind 2 cars. The first car ordered and went on the... second car sat for about 5 minutes and pulled up to the window and sat there while I was at the drive through order menu we satfor 5 mins no one said one moment the car at the window drove off with nothing I waited another 5 mins and said hello to thespeaker NO ANSWER. My husband got out of the car went to the door that was locked, the 2 employee's looked at him and ignoredhim. He came back to the car as 8 customers behind us left we sat another few mins I beeped my horn NOTHING NO RESPONCE. Ipulled up to the window 2 employee's working completely ignored us. I beeped my horn they looked and ignored us again.iunderstand being short staffed but to not even acknowledge there were customers waiting not even say we will be with you in amoment is totally unacceptable. I will never again go to this Tim Hortons this is by FAR the worst experience I have ever had atANY drive through. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed to have these disrespectful people representing my business. If Icould give a negative score I would hive -10. I will drive as many miles as needed to not go here again. Read more

I had a bad experience with a worker in the drive thru she threw a chicken wrap sandwich at my friend that was driving and the... hot chocolate givin to my friend was a bit funky. I will not be coming to this location anymore because of the bad experiencethat i have had. Read more

I have had good experiences before. Today was terrible. The mobile app would not accept my coupon and the drive through worker... did not give attempts to trouble shoot. I then was sent to in front of the building to wait 10 minutes for a bagel with creamcheese after getting my Iced cap. They may be short staffed or just super disorganized. Read more

Tried to pay for my order with cash and they said I had to give my food and coffee back to them thru the drive thru window... because they did not have change! Pretty sure this is against COVID and SERVESAFE guidelines, and a generally unsafe foodpractice. Also, the previous club sandwich I ordered came without Bacon, and did not have the extra mayo that I had asked for. They are losing my business. Also tried to call 3x to speak to a manager, and was hung up on 3x as well, without even sayinghello. I used to frequent a couple times a week but I will go elsewhere from now on. Read more

Every time I go here they say they?re cleaning the food station every time they do not offer sandwiches I always want a turkey... club but they always say we?re cleaning our station bunch of kids laughing and having fun no management I asked to speak to themanager or who they were and they wouldn?t tell me I go to the front to get my order and young kid is picking at his nosegross.
