I?ve never been to a worse Tim Hortons than this one. The employees here are absolute clowns. Not once in the past year did they... get my order right. It?s embarrassing how many times I called the location after leaving when I realized they gave me the wrongorder or forgot to put something in my bag. How hard is it to be a fast-food restaurant employee? I?ve done it as a teen. You?reliterally set out to succeed. If you need good coffee AND service, go to the one on 16/Mound or 10/Ryan. There?s a woman ofArab descent with a little accent who has an attitude with me & my husband every time. I believe she has blonde or brown hair.The girl in the headscarf as well. Do not go to this location. Absolute trash. Never can get your order right and they have thebiggest attitude like they know they?re too high & mighty for this job. If you don?t enjoy your job, get another one. Untilthen, Tim Hortons is paying you to provide their customers service so DO THAT! What are you getting paid for them? I come to this location every night, Jordan is awesome I love her great personality knows my order an it?s always perfect. The... night manger Liz his horrible her costumer service sucks her attitude is horrible she don?t give you time to place your ordercorrectly before cutting you off an making you feel rushed she?s just rude all the way around. I've been going to this Tim Hortons for about 8 month now ( it was the closeste to my new apt). Never once in those 8 months... they ever got my order straight( cold brew with 2 shots of milk and 1 shot of flavored syrup). They just give me straight blackcoffee and charge me for the flavored syrup and the milk. I tried talking to the employees there and letting them know . But,they told me that " There is milk in my coffee and we added the flavored syrup as well". Looking into my cup I see not even theslightes tint of white in there and the taste was nowhere near the 1 shot of syrup I paid for. Order accuracy is really bad andsome of the employees are just straigh up mean. Also my friends and I have been told multiple times when trying to order donutsthat " The Vanilla Cream has been discontinued" from this one location( I was like ??????). I?m a huge Tim Hortons coffee fan, as my kids are in love with the donuts. Very disappointed with my last visit, which was... definitely my last for this location. Girl attempting to take my order at the drive through rushed me, upon giving them my moneyat the window not only did they forget to give me my change, but also my receipt, my correct order, and to ask how I wanted mycoffee. After 3 attempts to try and fix my order the lady rudely asked me to ?PULL FORWARD ? where which I had to go inside tolet them know what donuts from the case I ordered. Never agian. Read more
I don't know what they're doing wrong with the Vanilla Cream Cold Brew, but it doesn't taste right here. Everywhere else it's... fresh and sweet. I get 2 shots of espresso in mine for some extra kick. Twice here, I threw mine out because it tasted like oldcoffee. Update 1/23/21: Same thing. It seems like it's missing the syrup.
