Went to Tubby's website on a sunday to check this store's hours. They're open until 8pm, the website said. Great, I clicked the... "Order Online" button which routed me to snappyeats. I placed my order and got an email confirming the store received my orderand pick up is in approximately 25 min. On my arrival, I found a sign that says "Closed :) Sunday" in the window. Thankfully,my online order was to pay on arrival, so I won't need to deal with any credit card disputes. I'm wondering why the website hasincorrect information about the store's hours and why snappyeats allowed me to submit an order for that store when it's closed.It would've saved me an unnecessary drive. When this store is open, the service is great, the interior is clean, and my orderis always correct. Read more
Like other reviewers have mentioned, this place is super clean. I?m talking crazy MIL, white glove test clean. Service is very... fast and friendly. Two large steak n cheese subs brought me here to support a Michigan chain restaurant. I?m so glad I visited.Those subs were a perfect balance of meat, cheese, fresh veggies and their famous dressing. No gristle. No brown lettuce. Nosquishy tomatoes. We devoured all 24? of steak n cheese and vowed to eat more Tubbys in 2020. Read more
