Went for lunch a few days ago. My wife and I had burgers ( bacon cheeseburger and mushroom swiss ) and the couple we went with... had pizza. Orders were accurate, our burgers were cooked to order and really good. Our friends said their pizza was delicious.Waitress did a great job, paid attention to details, was well mannered and nice. Never had a bad experience or meal here, so when we are looking for a place to hold my mother's birthday party this place came... to mind. The staff went above and beyond in helping to be sure we had all the needed info to select our menu and knew how theevent/night would go. They wait staff was very attentive during the meal and after making sure drinks were filled and plateswere removed. The best part was that the manager had a happy birthday sign and hung it up for us and it was perfect and colorsmatched the décor! I had so much fun last night eating here the food was perfect. The waitress Mercedes was so cool loved her recommendations on... the food and this new salad dressing they have lemon vinaigrette. My husband and I were craving for a chicago style pizza and tried searching where we can get it, 2 other place we saw was closed... and we decided to order here instead. We ordered the Chicago Meat Market Deep Dish.... OMG!! This was for us the best pizza wehad! The crust was so different from other pizza that tends to become rubbery and tough after 30mins., this one is really waydifferent from ordinary pizza crust and it was so flavorful. The pizza was good actually, especially for it's 'interesting' shape/the way they cut/prepare it. But I've only had their BBQ... Chicken Pizza, so I'm no expert of the place. But the workers are kind, respectful, and gentle. And overall my experience therewith the lovely workers was great. Hopefully yours is too :-P Read more
I went to Uno's yesterday (Feb 25th) with my friend. It was our first time going ever since he found out about the place and... told me about it. We were seated almost immediately upon arriving. Our waiter was Dayna and she very kind and made sure we weretaken care of with the utmost care. We ordered the "create your own deep dish" and had sausage, ham, and bacon! The toppingswere flavorful, plentiful and filling. The cheese had a very nice pull to it as well. The sauce was a little different, it wasa chunky tomato sauce, however it still complimented the pizza very well. THE CRUST WAS RIDICULOUSLY GOOD!!!!! When it comes todeep dish pie type pizza, easily Uno's has the BEST tasting crust that I've had to date. It was very fluffy and buttery richthat just eating the crust alone was its own experience. Always yummy!! Love the pizza specials and how the toppings stay on because we love to veggie it up in our household! Even the... meat eaters love the veggie pizza we order from Uno's. Appetizer garlic breadsticks = awesome. Kids menu has a great selection - Pizza A1 - everything was flavorful. Even the kids... cheese pizza was a hit. The margarita pictured was effective!! & to top it off - our waitress/head of house was so pleasant &most obliging. UNO definitely gained some new customers! Read more
