We went through drive through, Noone else was there, were told to pull up and wait for fresh food. Waited 15 minutes to get cold... fries and burgers. Only ordered a small frie and 3 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. Nothing was warm, why did we wait? Read more

I must say, I don't go to fast food. But when I am lazy, I crave Wendy's fried chicken sandwich. The Utica location drive thru... was a fun experience. I don't know if he was a night manager or not but he was super friendly and hilarious. Read more
Staff here closed the dining area around 3:30PM. Multiple people attempted to go into the dining area due to long drive thru... line. One of the staff members who just arrived to start their shift said the dining area wasn?t supposed to be closed. GMshould get his staff in order, a bit of business loss. Read more
Horrible service, Fries are always COLD AND RAW!! went here today and ask them to fill up the large fry because it looked like a... small. I get home they still did not do it!!!. The girl who hands the cashier the food at the window didn't do it and was veryrude (TRASH), you could hear her from the car!!!. This Wendy should be SHUT DOWN.... they brag about there Fries being betterthan McDonal's and always HOT!!! LIESSSSS!!!... Don't waste your money at this Wendy's... Very unprofessional and rude. No service to anyone in the drive thru. Made people wait and not responding during afternoon hours. Lobby was open, but... apparently drive thru must not have been, or something. Everything rises and falls on leadership...so, where was management tohelp or inform at this time.
