Granted, it was late on a Thursday night. OK, we'll start there. Only drive-thru and to say it was slow is like saying a snail... races along. I wish we had checked the time it took from getting in line to ordering to receiving the food. Believe it waseasily a half hour. And then, after all that, the ordered burger was wrong. Of course, didn't see that until after we got home.Had we seen it while there, who knows how much longer it would have taken to get it corrected. Ordered 8/11/22 via online app. Gave my meal to the dogs and went for something better. The quality has dropped the last few... months. I used to brag to others how this location was still good compared to the junk I usually get at other locations. Orderedan asiago club combo. Sandwich was tiny and everything cooked was burnt and the veggies were a joke. They don't even have awhole menu board anymore as the two best sandwiches just have unavailable stickers on them. Watch out using coupons- baconator double is almost $9. Thats like a restaurant price
I will never go back to this Wendy's and will drive outta my way to go to another location. You get unfriendly service or wrong... order from what you ordered, I get the same meal all the time and the price is always different and when I ask why they shrugtheir shoulders with a attitude and say I don't know. And these people think they deserve $15 hr for a job they can't get rightand most have attitudes. Read more
Bought an Apple picon salad and when I got at home it had a 1/2 inch of water in the bottom. Try calling to let them know and... they won't answer the phone. Also when I paid for my order and cash the lady gave me a dollar too much and I gave it back toher. Poorly run Wendy's Read more
This location is awesome I had a rough night got off of work late and had to rush to get to my kids soccer game, went through... the drive-through to order only to realize that I left my wallet at home I apologize to the girl at the window that I did nothave my wallet to pay for my food next thing I know the manager was coming through to void my order as I apologized she saiddon’t worry honey foods on us tonight This location has gained a customer for life I will definitely be back And yes there arestill good people in this world the manager here is proof enough Read more
