Worst customer service experience thus far since moving to Michigan. I literally stood outside after I've already placed and... paid for my order for about a good 20 minutes while an employee looks at me the entire time. Then I call because their doors arelocked another employee answers claiming to be the manager and instructs me to come inside and get my food. The doors are stilllocked so a different employee I'm guessing the manager finally gets out of the car after he's done smoking his joint to assistme and then proceeds to give me attitude before giving me my food. If I were the owner I'd fire that entire staff becausethey're going to ruin your business. Just my opinion. Read more

It started with me ordering bone in chicken wings.. I specifically told the guy who took my order I wanted bone in.. got home... and they were boneless.. I called them up and they said oh ok we made a mistake that was it. The most important point of meleaving this review is the BONELESS wings were so salty.. they were made of chicken and salt basically.. disgusting.. I willnever go back there again.. Read more

They call themselves experts but they are the WORST I have had in my life. Too dry, tastes like oil was never changed. I felt... sick the whole day. The place was nasty, unclean. They also forgot fries for order, had to go back for that. Should have lookedat reviews, only went there before Chipolte was closed and they were nearby. NEVER AGAIN. Read more

I do not understand how over the course of multiple years, a restaurant can be soo constantly terrible without going out of... business. I have NEVER ordered from this wing stop and been satisfied, the wings are always either over cooked, under seasonedor both and the fries are always WET, cold and taste old and microwaved. Read more

Doesn't deserve a 1 star the employee are rude i was picking a up a doordash order i was little early when i walk in the... employee told me i was early ok i understand but he went inside and set down and started smoking his Breez vpae right by thefood. when i came down to right a review this place already had 1.3 start review like what?? Is this place still existing isunbelievable and people are ordered food which is not hygienic the employee needs to get fired and the place should get closedown. Read more

I figured I would try a new business and give them a chance. Order was prepared in a timely manner. It seemed like the manager... or night lead was in control and helpful. That was probably the highlight. We ordered the Crew Pack it included 30 wingslarge fries and cut veggies celery and carrots. Fries were cold and hardly any seasoning, the celery and carrots were on top ofFries. Either item should have been in a container not a open tray. The carrots were so cold they were mush. Ordered mix offlats and drums got 80 percent drums. Season was so-so the lousinana dry rub was the only highlight of the meal. Theydefinitely need a lot of improvement. When I did a online comment to the company they asked if I would like to be contactedabout this experience, I said yes no attempt has been made. They forgot half of our order. We didn?t realize till we got home. The wings we did receive were not labeled so we did not know... what was what. The wings we did get were 2 different flavors put into the same box and the sauces got mixed together. The frieswere very soggy and not good. When we went back, I asked for a refund on the forgotten items. I was told because it was anonline order that the refund will take a couple days to go through the general manager. When I checked the forgotten lemonpepper, the wings were wet in a puddle of grease. And only the top part of the wings had seasoning. That was our first timethere. Very disappointed. I want to like them but the food quality and service was poor. It sounded like they were trying tomanage several other complaints when I was there so I am guessing I wasn?t the only one. I won?t be going back. Fast food is tooexpensive now to tolerate this type of quality. Read more

Slow pickup, but otherwise everything was okay. It?s a franchise so you?re not getting anything different than other WingStops.... Garlic parm dry rub was mid. Other liquid sauces were good. Only doing 4/5 because of long wait but they were nice. Read more
