Place was very busy which we thought was a good sign. Our pizza took a long time to come out which is no big deal it was busy.... But then the waitress dropped it on the floor. Still whatever, it happens. Then waited another 20-30 minutes for a new pizza. After eating we asked for a to go box. When I opened the box to put pizza in it, it had a nest of roaches in it. That I justcould not do. Kindly paid my bill and left. Won?t be going back. Waitress staff could be better. Read more
This is the second time ordering they made our food incorrectly. I always order a chicken cheesesteak Stromboli ?NO ONIONS? .... First time they send a chicken cheese steak sub with onions and this time they sent a Stromboli with onions. When I called tohave the order corrected the girls who answered says ?you sure you ordered with no onions?? My response ?Yes, I always order noonions?. She stated she would send the new order and then called me back to say ?you will have to return the otherStromboli? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I?ll order from Two cousins or Zias. OMG... The food was fantastic and way more than 1 person could eat. Got the lasagna, my friend who was dining with me saw the... waitress bring it out and said it looked like a big birthday cake.... waitress was awesome,prices were great for the amount offood they bring you. The location was pretty great and the decor was solid, unfortunately the food didn't live up to those expectations. While the... portion sizes are generous, the seasoning was not. We got the fettuccine Alfredo, baked ziti, and cheese steak, and all of themwere incredibly bland. The homemade bread was the star of the show for sure. I ordered veil and spaghetti. No sauce on the spaghetti and the veil was very tough and grissly . First time l was unsatisfied... with my food. My wife's food , she said was very bad and she threw it out. The place has gone to he__ __. It used to be one ofthe best. We decided not to eat there again. We have been going there since it opened. The salad was great but the croutons especially were the best I've ever had anywhere. The chicken Frances was also great. The... sauce was soooo good. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for good Italian the Denver/Stevens area. Read more
Went here for the first time the other night after discovering the place we had intended to dine was closed. How lucky for us!... Rivieras was awesome! Great food, huge portion sizes, and perfectly reasonable prices, all combined with great service. We'relooking forward to a return visit! Read more
Wow what can I say the most amazing Pizza and pasta I have ever tasted in my life! Beautiful atmosphere wonderful great service.... Very friendly. They make you feel part of a family it's amazing the care they take other clients very clean super laid back andrelax.
