The service was good and we got our food fast. All of the dishes were served with cotija cheese, which doesn't mesh well with... everything. The taco had very little meat and way too much sauce. Read more
Service was excellent! Zero complaints. 4 stars largely because two personal issues I hold for a good dining experience. 1) Food... is typically spicy with little or few non spice/hot options! Not everyone can or wants cayenne pepper on their food. But socialgraces will leave you no choice. 2) What is with the sports bar atmosphere? I come to a place and everywhere I turn is a TVshowing an event and audio so you cannot concentrate on the meeting or guest you are with. Not our best experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. We were traveling through so this is not a town we visit regularly. Service was... ok, not great. Most of the food was alright, but several of the wings were most definitely lacking sauce.. had to request twicefor extra sauce. One of the burgers had a long hair inside of the burger. Server was very apologetic and took it back to bereplaced right away, but there was no compensation at all for the fact that the replacement wasn't ready until everybody else atthe table was finished eating. Overall the place was clean and typical for what you would expect at one of these restaurants...Likely we just had an off experience. Read more
Ordered takeout for dinner for my boyfriend and I. We ordered chips and guacamole to to share, and then we each got a meal (a... chicken wrap and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich). The guacamole had no taste at all; each of us tried it once and nevertouched it again. The chips also lacked any salt, which didn't help. The food, including our fries, was very mediocre. All of myfrench fries were stuck together in one big clump, too. This is my boyfriend's second not-so-great food experience at thislocation, so we will probably not be returning. Excellent service! Our waiter was Shay and I can't praise his service enough. He knew exactly when to pop in and when to leave... us alone. There was an error in the order and he fixed it promptly and well. Perfect. The restaurant was clean and our foodarrived quickly for how crazy busy it was. The food was definitely a bit too salty for us,but otherwise was very tasty. I wouldrecommend this restaurant anytime. Service was top notch. Read more
I ordered around 7 pm after work and was told that I would have my order ready around 30 min. I arrive at 7:45 pm and see a long... line of 12 people. I wait 10 min until I am greeted by the cashier she asks my name and tells me I have to wait another 15 minbefore my order is ready it?s already 8:25 pm I am not angry just shocked at how incompetent this establishment is at preparingtakeout orders. Hello, Tonight my boyfriend and I had placed a mobile pick up order for 7pm. After working a long, hard day and finally deciding... on what to eat, we couldn't have been more disappointed. I am truly at awe for how careless our food was made. I normally letthe little things go, but after paying for over $40 worth of food, it's enough to make me speak up. I had ordered the 20/20 deal(which included 20 traditional and 20 boneless, with fries, options for veggies and dips) and only received 10 traditional,instead of 20, with the rest boneless. To top it off, my traditional wings had hardly any sauce on them. All the wings we gotwere dried out and the fries were stale. I'm so disappointed to have received this food and knowing someone was fine withserving that. I understand fast food isn't gormet or fancy, but common decency seems to be lacked. I personally feel that eventrying to call and complain or request my money back, will just get swept under the rug. I personally wouldn't have ever mindedwaiting for fresh wings or a wait to make sure my meal was properly and correctly put together. Please, please, PLEASE, addressand make your staff aware of how ridiculous and uncalled for this is. And yes, I already filled out a visit summary on thewebsite.
