Absolutely laughable experience. Been here four times, only left with coffee once. How does this place remain open if 50% of... inventory is out of stock? I won't waste my time again. You could have made 20 bucks off me if you knew how to do stock orders. If you come here in point prepare for an emaciated menu with many out of stock stickers. Hot trash ????? ???? Read more

They do a great job at this new location. Drinks are well-crafted and taste good. Glad to have Caribou in the area!

Good coffee, however it's the little details that are missed at this location. For example, Chai tea latte requested to have it... spiced, end result is no spice. Another example, campfire mocha, coffee is good but no marshmallows . If I pay for my drink andcharged $6, I would like to have consistency and follow through. Read more

I went through their drive through this morning and asked if they had the Caribou Coffee matcha drink with coconut coffee... jellies (I couldn't remember what it was called). The person taking the order said yes, but when I got the drink it was just aplain iced matcha latte. I would have gone back and asked for the correct drink, but they were very busy, the line was movingslow, and I had somewhere to be so I decided it would be best to leave instead of holding them up any more. The cup had more icethan drink in it and tasted like watered down milk. They did just open so I understand that the employees are probably justgetting used to working there but I can't help being upset about paying $6.53 for watery ice milk. Read more
