If you're waiting in line, there slogan should be 'Subs so SLOW you'll freak'. They clearly prioritize delivery orders over... drive thru. Ridiculous wait time. Drive thru staff is also very.. blah. The General Manager uses racist slurs and is very degrading to women, and it was very obvious his coworkers were uncomfortable.... Never have I seen such deplorable services in a resteraunt. The food is alright, but 2 stars because the delivery driver was speeding behind me and nearly hit my back end while I was... making a right turn, he did swerve away but there is no reason to be that close and go that fast. Read more
The general manager treated me with the utmost disrespect. I was told to shut up numerous times, all because my slim did not... come with cheese on it, after I had paid for it. I truly cannot believe how disrespectful he was! I highly recommend going tosubway or cousins before ever going to this establishment. I will be contacting corporate to lodge a formal complaint. Literally rock hard bread. Barely any lettuce on the sub & forgot ingredients I had ordered on it. Good service but bad quality... food. Would recommend going to Subway or Erbs& Gerbs before going here. *I would leave the comment with the establishment but Iam not going to be required to put in my address for it. Read more
I called this place to get an ordered delivered.......at a business who used to brag about how fast they DELIVER.... The girl on... the phone simply said, "We aren't doing deliveries right now, we don't have a driver right now". So, apparently, rather thanfill in as a driver for a couple weeks until they can find some kid to do it, the manager, assistant manager, and or the ownerof the store would rather lose money and customers than man-up and drive around town dropping off subs to people. I'd rather getdrop kicked by a horse than use some delivery service like door dash that just adds on more costs to the final price....thanreceive the delivery service that we have come to expect from Jimmy John's themselves. Asked for no tomatoes, gave me tomatoes. Asked for avocado, got charged, no avocado. Had to go back to get the avocado. The... chicken in the chicken wrap is complete garbage. Horrible customer service previously, the owner laughed at our request andtalked negative while we were sitting in the lobby. Will not be coming back. Read more
Unbelievably rude service - shaking head when we were ordering - told ?this isn?t subway? when asked for slight alteration on... sandwich. Can?t believe that guy is allowed to work there.
