Found 2 black & curly hairs baked under the cheese and crust. I asked the manger if they are required to wear hair nets or beard... nets, and they said no. We were given a refund but who wants to order another one after that? Read more
None of the order takers speak English so you can't understand stand them at all including customer service. 2nd their automated... recording system is complete trash gives you run around for hours. 3rd if you order for a specific time they make the order30-40 minutes early so it sits for half a hour before pick up and gets soggy. The extra large pizza is a great value because is enough for two dudes. The crust tastes fresh, and it came with garlic butter... dipping sauce. Also included are a few hot peppers on the side. We ordered at the counter and it was ready rapidly enough. Read more
Ordered $30 worth of food and was rudely greeted by the delivery driver stating the building was too hard to find. Go to open up... the food and all the boxes are saturated in garlic oil but the garlic knots themselves were dry. Also the receipt was placedinto the pizza box, and stickered shut. Called the store 3 times and was hung up on every time until I go through to someone whowas just as unpleasant as the rest of the experience. Read more
Generally have been very pleased with my local Papa Johns. I had to call today because I was greatly unsatisfied with the... quality of my order. I received instance pushback from the manager doubting what I was saying. I like to consider myself prettyeasy going, and I have always treated their employees with respect. I was taken aback by this manager's attitude. I will neverorder from this store again. Read more
Took an hour and a half for pizza to get here but it arrived hot. The first pizza was good, the second was undercooked and... soggy. We ordered two Shaq-a-roni pizzas. They are very saucy and some people like that but no one likes a soggy dog. The ranchis nothing special and very tiny for 75 cents. The garlic sauce is nice on the crust. The delivery guy did not have any redchili or Parmesan cheese! That's unacceptable. Read more
