We ordered online rather than in the store to minimize the wait time. While I expected to wait a little since it was dinner time... (5:15 pm), I didn't expect to wait nearly 40 minutes. 4 people came to the store and placed their orders and all received theirpizzas before me. Two people placed phone orders and also got them before me. The store was clearly short staffed, but thereshould be a better system for filling orders as they are placed. Watched an employee drop a pizza crust on the floor, proceed to grab a different one for my pizza and then a different employee... walks through and throws it back on the shelf to be used. I don?t recall any of the employees washing their hands at the veryvisible hand washing sink at any point during my visit. When I questioned the employee about the pizza crust he explained thatit was wrapped. Yes it?s wrapped but I didn?t see any of them change their gloves between touching the food, the wrapping, boxesor cash register for that matter. Definitely won?t be back for awhile ????. Read more

I ordered a pizza over the phone they told me it was going to be 25 minutes before I could pick it up. I sent my boyfriend to... pick up our order. He went in and told him he was there to pick the order up to be told that there was no order that had existedat all and to check the other location. He drove all the way to plover to be told again there was no order to be found. I calledthis exact location again and said that it has now been over an hour an since I had called. I said that I sent someone to getthe order but you said that there wasn?t such thing. He Said I?m sorry but our printers went down so it could have been thanwhen your order was placed. What did you order again? I told him what I ordered and he said well I can give you. $4.00 off but Iwon?t give you free food. I said I am not asking for free food but the fact that now I am still waiting for my order when Iorder it over an hour and a half ago to only get $4.00 off is Ridiculous. I didn?t spend over $40 for my family to wait almost 2hours to eat! He didn?t seem to care at all. I won?t order from this location again to say the least. I love their chicken bacon artichoke pizza with the thin crust. However, I was having problems with the crust not cooking... thoroughly in the middle (family size). They gave me a tip last time that worked great. Take the tray out for about the last 5minutes. If you have the same issue, give it a try! Read more

I always love their pizza the Chicago style is the best. Was craving after a long day in the dells with my boys and their... friends. Drove a hour home to get the worst customer service I ever had in along time. The lady was extremely rude kicked me outof the store half way into making my pizza because it was 730 they close at 8 they had the food all wrapped up and on the cart.She counted out the pepperoni and put it on the dirty counter top. I asked politely if she could replace the bottom piece with afresh piece and she told me your just going to cook it anyway then told me I was being rude if I said one more thing she wasgoing to kick me. I said really because I haven't raised my voice I asked nicely she said I'm calling your manager, giving youyour money back you can leave. While on the phone I said can I speak to her the girl said she doesn't want to speak to you andsaid you could leave. All while their were customers in the store that just walked out for how rude the girl was. I could havebeen rude but I kept my cool.
