Went in for a quick, no-frills breakfast, ended up waiting over an hour for a waffle and two pieces of French toast, even though... we were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server checked on us one time through the whole wait, and they showed no haste tilI asked for a manager. Not busy at all maybe 2 other tables. Took forever to get service. Messed up 2 orders. Didn't get refills on our drinks. Could... see 7 other tables that haven't been cleared yet. Then took close to 5 min standing at the counter waiting to pay to finallycash out. Not impressed. Very sad use to love this restaurant ???? ???? Read more

I like Perkins and their food, especially their pies and cakes. We visited this location because it is closer to where i live.... We usually go to the Rapids location which is great btw. This location...not so much. Here's why: although the food is good, theservice sucks! We came on Saturday noon and was a bit busy. The lady who greeted and sat us was a bit awkward. But we werethankful that we got seated right away. She asked us for drinks and was served with it right away. Our server then came after 5minutes and took our order. I ordered soup with my entré and was served the soup right away. After that is the longwaiting. And so we sat and waited, and waited, and waited. Half an hour after i finished my soup and still nothing. My friendsaw the servers chatting in the kitchen. I wanted to leave and just pay for the soup and drinks, but then our server came andtold us our food is almost ready and said the cook was backed up that's why it took so long. Another 10 minutes of waiting andfinally our food arrived. It looked hurried and sloppy. My friend's food is semi-warm and not cooked as requested. Comparing itto the Rapids location, this place lost by a mile. Our server in Rapids was all by herself serving serveral tables but she madesure we were taken cared of by asking us if there's anything we need while waiting for our food. In this Steven's Pointlocation, there were a bunch of servers but they all are disappointing. Well, there was one who was kind enough to serve ourpies and give us a to-go box. That's pretty much it. Even when paying we still waited. Our server abandoned us. So if you planon eating at Perkins, consider the Rapids location. It's definitely worth the drive. Read more

Went in was seated right away and brought drinks right away. After we ordered took them 50 minutes to bring the food and it was... Luke warm at best. Watched a table walk out because they were there before us and were still waiting on there food as well. Thefood is not worth the cost of time and money to eat there. Would not recommend if you have any plans for the day. Read more

I came there today about 4:00 in the afternoon. There was a sign on the door that said closing at and it was all scribbled you... couldn't tell what time it was supposed to say. As soon as I walk in a waitress says we closed at 4:00. I said oh sorry can Ijust grab a muffin. She rolls her eyes at me and as she's walking away says I guess but it's going to be a while. How rude howabsolutely rude literally all I wanted her to do is put a muffin in a bag I would have handed her a 10 and told her to keep thechange because I'm a waitress myself. I know how it is. Went on a Saturday morning at 11am. A total of 8 people in the place, 2 groups of 4. No one acknowledged us for 20 minutes. ... Finally someone walked by and said she would be with us in 5 minutes to show us to our table.... weird. Finally she came andsat us. Then another 15 minute wait for her to come take our order. Then she had to come back twice to let us know this orthat..... we got the impression she was not only the waitress but maybe having to act as cook as well. Poor lady. Every low star review that I'm reading is absolutely accurate. The times that I've been here there has been pitiful service. I... ordered a skillet and the eggs had strands of hair in them. When I reordered I checked again and once again the reorder hadhair in it as well!! This is unsanitary and disgusting. Another time I went, there were only a few guests and it took almost anhour to come out with our food and the whole time the waitress was walking by but did not stop to ask if we needed anything. Ifthis place could get negative number stars I would rate it that. To the right picture in the restaurant and to the left pictureonce I had already left and opened the reorder. Read more
