From the very start this experience was awful. The manager Jesse W took our order. We requested time to review the order and... were pushed continously for an answer even after we requested additional time to review the menu a 2nd time. Then, when we gotto the window to pay, we were not greeted or anything. A farewell, "Have a nice day," was given, however after the first bite ofour order, a large hair was found in the very first bite. We called the store immediately and requested to talk to a manager andJesse answered the phone. We explained what happened, and continued to be told we could come back through and get a new order,with no apology for the awful customer service and what we can only expect to be the deliberately placed hair in our meal.
