From the very start this experience was awful. The manager Jesse W took our order. We requested time to review the order and... were pushed continously for an answer even after we requested additional time to review the menu a 2nd time. Then, when we gotto the window to pay, we were not greeted or anything. A farewell, "Have a nice day," was given, however after the first bite ofour order, a large hair was found in the very first bite. We called the store immediately and requested to talk to a manager andJesse answered the phone. We explained what happened, and continued to be told we could come back through and get a new order,with no apology for the awful customer service and what we can only expect to be the deliberately placed hair in our meal. We went there and we ordered the 12 pack of tacos, they asked if we wanted them supreme and I said NO to them twice and when we... went to the window and I asked them to make that the tacos were not supreme and he told us they weren't and we got our food gothome and my son went to get a taco and they were supreme with tomatoes and sour cream they were all like that!!!!!!!! The woman who took my order on Monday 12-20-2021 was extremely rude. She complained about her being the only worker in the... store. She got loud and made me never want to go back to this location again. I feel bad for this location district manager ifthey have employees treating customers poorly. I even told the lady working hello, and she slammed the window in my face. I eventold her have a nice day, and there was nothing said back. Just all around poor service. Not nice at all. They said that ran out of beef, I still wanted a taco. So the lady asked if I?d like chicken. I said sure and got this dry,... rubbery chicken, and got charged an extra 4 dollars just for the chicken on top of the 8 dollars for the tacos. Worst 12 bucks Iever spent. Never going back Read more
