The food is usually good and correct. The staff has always been friendly. I just feel though you never know if they are open or... not. We have gone a number of times during their online hours to find they are closed. Read more
Finally got to the drive thru window after ordering 20 minutes prior only to b told the were to backed up so they r not making... drive thru orders. NICE! 7:30 pm, didn't look very busy. Guy was real smug about it, ya what does he care about wasting ourtime. Read more
Drove 30minutes into town to get myself a spicy chorizo burrito after seeing on their Google profile that they are open 6a-10p,... when I got to the drive thru approx 6:11a the light boards were all lit up and I saw a worker inside. I sat at the drive thruwith no response for a good 6min and decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat. HOWEVER I was extremely disappointed andstill craving the spicy chorizo so I drove around and tried again at 6:30a there was a truck that pulled in just before me, Istopped at their lobby door to double check their hours. No hours were posted on the door just a printed sign stating due tostaffing issues the lobby wouldn't open until 10a. The truck ahead of me had been waiting a couple minutes and just as I wasabout to call the store to inquire about what was up I heard a voice from the drive thru box and the truck left. When I got tothe order box myself I was greeted and told they do not open until 7a I asked if this just a short term or today thing. I wastold no, 7a-10p are our normal operating times m-f It would be nice to have accurate times listed on a door......oronline......or maybe not turn on signage before you're open to avoid customer confusion. I went through the drive through tonight at 9/5 7:57 pm, the gentleman taking my order was beyond rude the entire time and when... I got my food it was all just thrown all over and cold. I was checking my order when he told me to get out of line. I do notrecommend going here at all. Read more
I haven?t gone to this location in a long time since they opened. Lunch was pretty busy as expected with the location. Drive... through line was pretty long and inside was pretty busy based on amount of cars there that day. Employees there were very niceand had a great experience! Read more

Placed an order to eat inside today. We waited and saw many other order after us who got their food already (inside and drive... thru.) We just thought maybe ours took a little longer since our order was a little bigger. After waiting for 30 minutes, I wentup to ask about my order and they said they "didn't see my order." ... One star for the nice staff and I was able to get arefund. Still upset that I didn't get my food. Read more
Food was cold, literally cold... Both my quesadilla and the friend I was with got cold tacos. Our potato ole were the only... things warm. However, the cheese sauce we ordered on the side for nearly 1.50 a cup we both got watered down not even runnycheese, it poured like a beverage... Very unimpressive and although taco John's is normally impressive. The Stevens point tacoJohn's will not be a place I every revisit... The service took forever too which blows my mind since our food was stillcold... How's that work?? Read more
