Best pizza in central Wisconsin. Tasty, creative and delicious! Update: The rest of the menu is also amazing and would... recommend their chicken & crispy prosciutto hoagie. Yummy! Read more

Went here for dinner to get the margarita Classico pizza. The sauce was bland. It did have a nice Crispy crust barely any... tomatoes on it. Basically a tasteless pizza on crust. Everybody knows when you cook a Margherita pizza. You also put somebalsamic vinegar on it to make it taste better. The only reason I gave this restaurant two stars instead of one was the serverwas absolutely excellent and deserve to 20% tip. Read more

Simply awesome food and great service! The pizza was great and my wife loved the antipasto salad! We have been wanting to go... here and finally made it happen. We have been looking for some good Italian food and pizza. I'm happy they developed thislocation as I always felt it would be a good place for a restaurant after Cheese Louise closed many years ago after the ownerretired. BTW to the owner, my wife is offering decorating assistance! She has some great ideas! Read more

Took the family here for my daughter's birthday. We loved the food. Everyone was friendly. Had to drop a star because they only... had one high chair and it was occupied. Read more

Excellent pizza. Good, fresh dough, high quality cheese and toppings, cooked perfectly in a proper pizza oven, crisp yet a touch... chewy. I really enjoyed this. Read more

Great food, great service. Their menu is 90% Italian based with a good choice of appetizers and entrees. We ordered a (thin... crust) pizza and it was outstanding. Instead of being overloaded with cheese it had enough sauce with just enough cheese to beappropriate. The portions are fairly large and the cost is on the money for the amount of food and especially the quality ofwhat they serve. They're conveniently located near the I-39/U.S.10 interchange. First time at the Violet Basil. Destiny was our waitress and did a great job. She had our water glass filled regularly without... us asking. She was conscientious and kind. Very personable but not too overwhelming. The atmosphere was ok, still had Christmasplants, which isn?t a major deal breaker but it?s almost February. (Tomorrow lol) The menus are clear and easy to read. Theboard with the daily specials are also nice to have visually, like they do. The service with the food prep wasn?t super fast, but we weren?t in a hurry, so it wasn?t a big deal to us. They served a small basket of Italian breadsticks that were tasty andfresh. Served with oil and balsamic vinegar. The tomato Basil bisque soup was really tasty but warm, not hot. Real Parmesancheese shavings on the top was a nice touch. My husband?s lasagne was enjoyable and a good size piece. The tomato sauce was veryfresh and had great flavor. I had the mushroom risotto with shallots and pork belly. It was very good. Also added Parmesan thatmelted nicely over the risotto. A nice touch would be fresh Parmesan on the table instead of packets of Parmesan. For a sit downrestaurant, it might add to the experience. But then, it?s also Covid precautionary, so that might be the reason. We will goback again to try the pizza. That looked amazing and fresh as well. Read more
