My daughter loves this place but can't get over the fact on how expensive the food is. This location is clean.
Great place to take the kids for some fun when it's too hot to be outside. The employees are very welcoming, tables and floor a... well as games, restrooms and cashier/ prize counter are always clean, the food (pizza!) is delicious.. and it's rarely crowdedso you and the family will have plenty of time with all the games! Food was good, kids had fun, food came out fast (props to the kitchen crew), but left disappointed to the lack of customer... service at the counter and front in general due to short staff. We walked out without anyone checking the hand stamps tovalidate us and our children which was our biggest concern. Read more

I booked my sons birthday party here today and did it thinking it would be easy and stress free. Boy was I wrong!!! To begin we... were seated and the table wasn?t even fully set up. We purchased the most expensive package and honestly it was a huge waste ofmoney. About 30-45 min the pizzas started coming out. Two pizzas and we ordered 6. There were 20 hungry people. It took themover an hour for my guests to get fed. It took the staff over an hour to even bring us plates. I kept having to go back andforth and ask about our food. It was embarrassing. Then when came time to sing the birthday dance, the two staff members helpingChuck E were whispering to each other and laughing which was extremely rude. Our package also included goody bags and dip anddot ice cream which I had to remind them about after our two hour window ended. We waited over 30 min to spend our pointsbecause they were severely understaffed. It was honestly a joke and my family and I would never come here again. The staff hasno training and don?t know what they?re doing at all. Read more
