The indoor dining experience in McDonalds has really plummeted. This McDonald's does not allow a person to take your order, you... must use the self serve kiosk. I can see making both available, but one register should be opened in addition to them. My momasked to place her order who has trouble reading with her vision and did not have her glasses with her so she was not able to.She was told you have to use the kiosk, so I did it for her. Some things don't seem to allow customization like getting doubleapple slices instead of fries for a happy meal. I selected sauces but none were in the bags. No napkins in them. The kiosk hasyou sit there and choose your drink but they don't fill it up, so why? It tells you to grab a number and enter it, but youaren't actually supposed to do that. Then when the number is called, it was too much to carry with my hands and they don't evengive you a tray. I don't necessarily think it is the staffs fault. They are likely doing exactly what they were instructed todo. Read more
All I have to say about this place is that I put my order in at 8:16 pm and it was out at 8:46 pm. If I could give this place a... negative service rating it would more than deserve it. Manager ignors her clients and they only focused on the drive throughorders. KEEP AWAY!!!!!! Read more
Stopped into McDonald's at the famous Lyons Avenue exit off Interstate 5 in Santa Clarita, California for a quick bite to eat at... the request of my granddaughter. The food was up to the usual McDonald's standard and my granddaughter was delighted. Read more
The kiosks did not work right, so my daughter got into line and the cashier asked her to show her so she did. Then the cashier... said your right and went back. My daughter lost her place in line and took us 25 minutes to get our food and they gave heralacarte which should of been a combo meal. Other than that the place was clean. Read more
Generally alright, especially when hot. Their milkshakes are good, their quarter pounder burgers are less flat than the other... offerings they have. Staffing issues may result in listed hours of operation being incorrect, and prices have gone up a bit. Read more
This McDonald's has been recently been renovated. It has a modern feeling yet all the items on the menu have remained the same.... The staff works very hard to keep the lines moving while completing each customers order. They do need to turn down or offexterior lights when closed. It can be confusing. Read more

I had a free offer to get ten pieces of chicken McNuggets through T-Mobile. The T-Mobile app gave me a code for the order; I... went to the order counter, but it was closed. So, I went to the kiosk and entered the code. When ready, the kid behind thecounter gave me my order in a bag. I looked in the bag for napkins and sauces. I did not find any, so I asked the server for thenapkins and condiments. The McDonald?s employee seemed annoyed with me as I interrupted his conversation with his fellowemployee.
