Update- my wife wanted to get dominos and we tried again and not too successful. The app said delivered and it wasnt we had to... call and wait on hold took 10 mins to talk to someone and they told us the app is no good and to call back if the pizza isntthere soon. The pizza arrived 20 mins later(about 30 mins after saying delivered) and was cold all the food wascold(pizzas,pasta,chicken bites, and brownie) Also this location will put your pizza in a puddle in front of your house forcontactless delivery has happened to me multiple times and I have notified them. The manager called and said he couldn't handlethe order. I respect the honesty but not get my money back for 5-7 days that's ridiculous I shouldn't have been charged and theyshould have shut down online ordering. It was 9 pm when I ordered so it wasn't super late either. Papa John's delivered us somedelicious pizza though. I was a loyal customer and that hasn't gotten me anywhere so I'm done with that mentality these daysbecause none of these companies can care less. Dominos was never that good but they were cheap. This store is an embarrassment. Honestly, frozen grocery store pizza is better. This problem is made worse by incompetent... management that take orders they can?t fulfill, failing to give you the toppings you actually order (and pay for), andovercooking their product. They try to make it up with discounted future products. Problem is that the future product issimilarly poor. The national chain should really look into shutting this store down because it?s really that bad and giving allother locations a bad name. I ordered a pizza tonight. Got a call from a manager that they couldn?t fulfill it, expresseddisappointment and was treated like a second class citizen. There are a lot of pizza options on the island. 3rd time I tried to order this week, first two times I ordered at the end I get told they are doing carry out only. Tonight, I... get charged, then get a phone call, the don't have any pan crust and can't do delivery. My money will be refunded in 2 to 3business days. So many problems with this place and corporate offers you a free pizza at their cost of $3.00. The franchiseeneeds to pay better and corporate needs to hold them more accountable. Read more

The last three times I've ordered from this location my pizza dough has been raw, even after making a request for it to be... cooked well done due to previous orders. They also consistently mess up our order by either not giving us the extra sauces /icing we payed for or by delivering the wrong order all together. I usually don't leave negative reviews or complain but I'vebeen wronged to many times at this location. I typically love getting Domino's and hope to see an improvement someday from thislocation. Delivery is terrible. I try not to complain to much considering the way the world is but this is the second time I?ve ordered... delivery and it has taken over an hour. First time it arrived cold and the cheese was stuck to the carton. I said nothing.Second time it came out of the oven and sat there for roughly 45 minutes before it left the store then another 24 minutes to bedelivered. The worst part is I called after waiting an hour just to inquire and the woman could have cared less. I mentioned theissues from last time and she said ok and hung up. Read more
