Last night me and my wife went by the Stevensville KFC for supper. It was 7:30 about an hour and a half before closing. When... we got to order we were told that they had 2 pot pies, a couple of pieces of fried chicken, a couple of baked chicken andnothing more. Why even be open if your not going to have food. I don't feel that when I go to a restaurant I should have totake whatever they have and who knows how long it has been sitting there. Read more
Where do I start? I guess I will begin by saying the food was actually good, which saved them from a one star rating. I pulled... up and saw a sign that read "sorry, the inside is closed do to being short staffed, please use AP to order food". Great right?Used AP to order put in what I was driving and that I was there waiting. AP said food was done and to go inside to pick it upfrom the waiting area. Go up to the door and was greeted by another sign that read "inside closed please use drive thru to pickup orders". Awesome? Go through drive thru and told the lady that the AP said my food was ready. She very sarcastically saidthat I needed to park and wait for someone to bring it out. After parking it was another 10 minutes before someone brought myfood out. My major issue other then the very rude woman is there was 4 people working that day. I am a manager of a very busy,very popular convenience store were more times then not there is only two people that needs to cook and service customers duringsome of the busiest times of the day and we would never think of closing and locking the doors. They need to figure out how todo their jobs or find new employment. I most likely will not return to this establishment. Read more
Stevensville location... 4-19-22 The biscuits we just got weren't done.. all raw doh inside.. come on KFC!!!!!!! In the... past Been to this store quite a few times but in the last two trips our orders were way wrong. We didn't get our orders at thewindow either we had to wait in the parking lot which isn't a big deal but is this the way they are shorting you? First orderwas missing all the biscuits and coleslaw second order was missing the all the sides we ordered. For $49.28 the order should beright don't ya think?... with a second visit to the window to be told that we should pay for the missing items!!!! Read more
Not pleased with KFC lately. ? You have been out of the original chicken several hours (6pm) before closing or out of white... meat. Not sure what the problem is when your specialty is "chicken" and you don't have it. You're going to lose customers if itcontinues. Read more
If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would. We placed a mobile order at about 5:40. I arrived 10 minutes later. The app says... there is designated parking for mobile order pickup. There is not. There is a sign indicating that the door is only for mobileorder pickup, but all the doors were locked. I saw another customer inside getting food, so I waited until he came out and wasable to speak with one of the employees. I was informed there were only two people working, so it was taking longer. He said hewould bring my order out to the car. Half an hour later, I got in the drive thru line because at least it was moving. When Iasked about my order, I was informed that mobile orders and Door Dash were lower priority (which makes no sense--I'd alreadypaid!). I was then informed that the chicken was being prepped, and it would be another 25 minutes. When we canceled the order,no compensation was offered whatsoever. Terrible staffing. Terrible service. Chicken is great, however, be prepared to wait extra time in the parking lot. They?ve NEVER had everything ready the past... several times I?ve been through the drive thru. (I?ve waited for my food in the parking lot as long as 20 minutes in the past) Read more
Clean environment and Zinger sandwich was delicious. Arrived at closing and they still made fresh food and ate inside.
Ordered 12 piece chicken dinner. wasnt cooked all the way, skin greasy and slimy. Worst I ever had. I would give 0 star if... option. Read more
