Arrived at shift change waited 25 minutes for waiter, after I flagged her down, food arrived cold and burger was cover cooked. ... Delicious food and beyond friendly service! Nikki was incredibly outgoing and we had a great experience. The vegan sausage... sandwich was FANTASTIC! The sausage was lightly crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle, and the onions and peppers werenot overcooked. The new Spiced Harvest Ale was great! We went on cowboy night. So therefore, the menu was related to cowboy items. We eat here once or twice a month. We really enjoy... their food, the specials they have throughout the week like lobster night, prime rib or cowboy dinner. Our favorites here arethe crab dip, cheesy tots and the lobster dinner. Prices are on the higher end but the menu items are delicious and worth theexpense. For dessert they have the smith island cake in various flavors…a must try. Read more
Food and drinks were really good but no one was wearing a mask and saw no sanitizer anywhere! I feel more comfortable eating... inside a place these days if I see they are taking the pandemic seriously enough to take some precautions...Place wasn't overlycrowded on a friday night and live band was great! About 20 family members and myself came here tonight for dinner and drinks between funeral services for my grandfather. I've... been to all of the other Ram's Head locations and love them too, so I was surprised and happy to find this here. My sistercoordinated ahead with management and we secured a private back room with several tables. The staff was friendly and quick withdrinks and appetizers. My little sister has Celiac's disease and gets violently sick if she eats gluten so she mentioned this tothe waitress and ordered a burger with mashed potatoes (because the fries are cooked in a communal fryer). Everything came outcorrect except my sister clearly received a normal bun, so she requested they remake the burger as the original burger wouldhave been contaminated with allergens that would cause her to get sick. After everyone else finished their meals, we askedagain about my sister's burger and were summarily dismissed with "They're making it AGAIN for you" or a similar comment by thewaitress. Eventually, the burger came out with french fries from the communal fryer (not mashed potatoes as ordered). She wasso hungry that she ate the burger, though when she mentioned the error with the French fries the waitress tried to take herplate away while she was eating. My sister said to forget the mashed potatoes because we were already bound to be late to ourgrandfather's second viewing. She finished and we asked for the check, but then had to wait for the check to be correctedbecause it had a number of incorrect items on it. When we finally got it, we paid and tipped 20% and then went to share theexperience with a manager. The manager and the other wait staff were all phenomenal. The manager was very apologetic. But thewaitress that made my sister feel like the restaurant's mistakes were her fault was inexcusable. I would go here again but if Iwas seated in this person's section, I would ask to be reseated.
