Worst service. Rude employees. None of them have customer service skills. If you don?t know how to be friendly maybe you should... get another job. I called and made a complaint and the manger I spoke to act as if they didn?t care that their employees arerude. I will never be coming back again. Y?all need to be shut down. Read more

Go to another Starbucks. This store changed their hours to close at 2 every day and they have closes their drive through.... There?s another Starbucks minutes up the road. Don?t waste your time with this one. Read more

Unfortunately the lobby is literally never open. I order from the app to save time in the long drive thru line only to arrive to... the store and have to wait 30 mins (literally) because the doors are locked and traffic is completely down the street. Then bythe time I get to the drive thru window to pick up my order, everything is cold. This exact scenario has happened no less than10 times. They need to set the lobby to closed on the app if they aren?t opening it that day (they can do this and have done itbefore). I specifically order from the app to save time before work because the length of the lines. I?ve even had to ditch myorder a couple of times. I get it. First world problems. Just annoying. If they just set the lobby to closed on the app, I?djust skip ordering that day and happily return another time before work. The staff are friendly and polite. It?s just poorlyran in the way of the lobby situation. Make proper signage so patrons know it?s closed before parking their car and walking upto a locked door and show in the app that the lobby is closed that day. That?s it and 5 stars. Read more

The service is the worse one forever. The staff are racist. They don?t want to sell stuff for Asian They close the lobby store.... I take a walk to drive thru to order. They said that they don?t sell stuff for me because I don?t have a car. It is soridiculous Please explain why??????? I expect that Starbucks is the big company who serves everyone in a professional way. Sodisappointed. Read more

Probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. They need to chime up on the customer service. I would detour this Starbucks... and get coffee either at Dessert First or Little Lovely Coffee Shop! Read more

I watched them let my cold brew coffee from the tap overflow and make a huge mess and then somehow despite that they dumped to... much out and put in wayyy to much sweet cream. Then somehow they put two lids on as one which definitely doesn?t work well withthe drinking spout. The staff seemed very disheveled and poorly trained. Read more
