Food and service were TERRIBLE. Client served 3 other families there food that came after us. Waitress NEVER offered refills,... and NEVER came back to check on our table. Horrible Experience. Got seated around 6:15, Ordered, and got our food at 7:15. No napkins, messed up sides, multiple revisits... to double check what we ordered, as well as our starters showing up AFTER our main food. We also had to ask her to take ourmenus, they were on the table for 15 minutes after our order. Buddy of mine got a steak and asked for it medium rare, was stillmooing. He asked to bring it back in the kitchen to get a new steak. They came back with the SAME steak (pictured below),completely well done. The chef even said, ?I threw it in the microwave for you to chew on.? Never even received his new steak.Was around 7:20 we got our first (and only) refill on our drinks, which we had to ask for, even though all of our 6 glasses werevisibly empty. Another one of my buddies on the table asked for fried pickles, they didn?t show up. He also got the pot roast,with burnt on residue on the pot for the side :). I feel sorry for the employees that have not been properly trained well forrunning a restaurant. Slow service, poor reception to our requests, and overall poor food quality. Poor customer service poor quality food. What a shame that this place has gone down hill this bad. They messed up our Togo order... so bad that it was almost not edible. Missing items wrong items and a very unfriendly staff. It's less likely a shortage ofstaff issues and more of a poor management issue. Please see photos that will show you the quality you can expect it you do takeout. I can't imagine it's much better eating in. Even after calling it took 3 staff to eventually get a manager to come see meto be dismissive. And they still messed it up. Oh also fun my family called the restaurant could not get through on the take outnumber called the regular number to inform them we were missing more items to only have a staffer come out and say to themanager Infront of me " that guy has called back and is on the phone saying we messed up more...I'm just gonna leave him onhold. " Had I had my cell and seen it was my phone calling I would have spoke up. Save yourself the time and pain and go to oneof the many way better restaurants in our area. Read more

Just tried ordering thru Google Food for the first time. That experience was great. The food was not. It was 15 minutes late... from the pickup time. They missed a meal completely. The side dishes were 50% right. And the biscuits were burned. Will notbe going back. Read more

All these years I've drive past Cracker Barrel and didn't know the magnitude of the flavors that was being produced in their... kitchens! Wow! I had the sampler and I ate everything! Always have a peaceful and good time at cracker barrel , today I got sat by the window and they opened the blind for me , The... wait staff is always super nice , I love the decor , And it's always clean. The food is good and cheap , They give you a smallerentree , But three sides comes with it so you're still getting plenty of food. Also I asked for a water at the end , And shebrought it in a Large to go cup with a lid which was nice because I didn't know they had to go cups. Read more
