Ordered an egg and cheese farmers wrap with extra sauce in drive thru to realize they misunderstood or forgot the hash brown... that usually comes in it. I went inside to ask if they can add a hash brown and they were super nice about. The guy in thesandwich station offered to remake the wrap and add an extra hash brown on the side. Usually Tim Horton workers are rude orgrumpy but this guy was super nice and apologized. GIVE THE GUY WORKING IN THE SANDWHICH SECTION a RAISE!! Read more

For the new roasted hazelnut cold brew they put the cold foam on top which is dairy based. I asked for them to only put oat milk... in it because I can?t have dairy. They still put a cold foam on top so here I am thinking it?s made with oat milk but it is not.You are supposed to ask if it?s dietary needs if someone asks for something other than cream/milk. I understand recent changes are not the staffs direct issue, so a bit of grace given there.. drive thru only, waits are... ridiculous. Typically I would not leave a review like this, but it isn't only slow since they shut the inside down. I have beento Tim Hortons all around Canada for work, and all over the region. This one takes the cake for slowest and longest que times,day in and out. Not common they get my order wrong though, and typically make a good coffee. Wait times since they shut theinside have left me going elsewhere daily, without hesitation. No interest in lining up on the road, and taking 20+ minutes in adrive-thru for a coffee. May be time to invest in expanding with another location, if they cannot keep up with the growth inlocal pop, and summer tourism. Maybe open the inside to hot/cold drinks, and ready made baked goods only. Meals etc., drive-thruonly, if staffing issue is the reason. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least, currently. Second star is for the staffthe shows up to do their job, best they can, with what they are given. This isn't directly their fault. Read more
Used to be quite nice, however the dining area has been closed for two months and NOW they don't even open until 7am! Which is... basically useless for anyone who wants coffee for work! I've been coming every morning for a year before work, but I guess notanymore ???? There?s a senior age grumpy lady that serves the drive-through window. My family and I stop here 1-2 times a day since we live... so close to the establishment. Honestly, there is nothing good to be said about the this Tim Horton?s service because of thissenior lady. She is v. rude, irritant and arrogant. Her service is bad enough that multiple people take the time to complainabout her in a review. Wether she chooses to work there or it?s a means of survival, she could be kinder and also reach a littlefurther out of the window. There are plenty of other sitting jobs she can do if she?s afraid of falling out of the drive-throughwindow. Read more
When the I walked in the place is Very clean the staff was very Kind when I ordered despite the long slow line in the drive... Thru, this is the fastest Tim Hortons that made my Farmers wrap in a short amount of time! It seemed that they are short staffedand a bit in a rush to the orders done from the drivers in the drive Thru. Service was horrendously slow, food was called when we got it, and server had an attitude.
