I miss the days when a plain bagel cost a buck. And less. It is $1.50 here, which is not surprising given that the Bagel Boss I... used to frequent raised its price to $1.75 recently. Quality is about equal with the better bagel makers I've visited thiscentury, and the matching Ts worn by the staff are kind of cute. Read more

One of the girls was supper rude. Nasty attitude, she could've explained the situation a little better. Another works was super... apologetic to me and said she was wrong for how she handled the situation Read more

Didn't mind this morning, so I waited 30 minutes, and they got my order wrong. Got home and threw out the bagel. No one should... ever order a #BEC on a cinnamon raisin bagel. And how did he hear that when I ordered whole wheat?! First time, so I'll beback, but not if there's a line. Read more

Overall this place is expensive but not worth the price. The pancakes tasted like regular pancakes that you buy from the box and... add water with no kind of love. ???? the Bacon egg and cheese was expensive and you can find that for cheaper in any place inNY. The customer service was great, but that?s all. Waste of money tbh Read more

I have been ordering from this place for years, so i decided to finally visit the store for the first time and my experience was... horrible. I walked in made an order, 4 other people came after me placed an order and left before me. I stood there for 25minutes before i was given my food. When i asked the cashier about why it took so long his response was "its not me". I didntwant to play the race card but thats sure as hell what it felt like. Completely lost a customer. Read more

Best bagels in NY hands down. No longer live in the area, but make sure to stop any time I pass. Absolutely worth any wait, and... just a warning toasting their bagels will do you a disservice! No matter what time of the day you go in there the bagels arealways warm, soft, and fresh! Read more
