It is truly unbelievable how bad this dominos location is. It literally takes hours to get our order (if it comes at all) and... they rarely pick up the phone. I?m not kidding here, it?s really that bad. It?s almost comical but mostly very disappointingbecause we have stopped ordering dominos pizza from this location all together. It?s not worth the aggravation. Update: we gotour pizza at 11pm and we ordered at 6:40pm. What a joke. Update #2 8/11/22: 6 months later, I decided to try them again andthey were so fast to deliver. Plus, the food was good. I hope they keep it up! The only complaint I have is that their portionshave gotten smaller. A large is now a medium and a medium is now a small. Read more

I just got done ordering from here, never again. Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. Ordered my food at 5:30, the... delivery guy takes till 7:20 to come by my apartment complex turn around and leave. Ridiculous, I got an email saying to enjoy,enjoy what, pizza never came. Placed an order for delivery. After 1 hour, still no update. So I called, no answer, called again from a different phone,... finally an answer. Assistant manager. Guy said he was the only one there and was trying to call back all of the delivery ordersto tell them that he was the only one working?. It took an hour to call back orders? How many could there possibly be to callback? Then I suggested that he stop taking orders if he can?t handle it with just one person (which I understand). He said thatwas way above his head (pay grade) and can?t do that. then I said so you would rather customers have to call up after over anhour and then find out there will be no food or order delivered? He then proceeded to say that he didn?t have time for this andhung up on me. Hopefully dominos cooperate will see this and get them help or give the managers the ability to stop takingorders?.. like every other restaurant on earth does when they get to busy?. Charged me TWICE for the order THEY canceled on me.. Place and prepaid for delivery order for my teens home alone. 1 hour later... I called and they said they made my order but it would be 45 min for delivery. 2 hours later still no delivery. Tried callingand after 30 min waiting on hold they hung up. Went to restaurant when I got into town, and the Manager Melony just smiled andlied. She canceled my order saying they had no drive despite saying they had one 2 hours earlier. Then lied saying she calledand spoke with someone. This is unacceptable. If they could not fill the delivery order, they should not have taken the orderand my payment. Horrible service Again! The pizza was great but when you order boneless wings you expect boneless wings. I hate eating meat off a bone like a savage... with my teeth scraping along the bone. That feeling is unnerving and really ruined dinner because I didn't actually want thepizza, I wanted the wings and when I went to complain online they gave me an option of 20% off the next order or 60 pts towardsa free pizza, which is actually just a free pizza. I know nobody is perfect so I'm not going to post a 1? but do better,please. Read more
