Love that my orders come out exactly the way I want them. And absolutely love the staff behind the registers and a very nice... gentleman that works in the kitchen. I'll stop here otw home but done with the kitchen orders... Wouldn't make the half n half pizza we requested. But thanks to the... caseys that's .5 miles away from that one...we had potentially the best customer service from kitchen staff willing to go aboveand beyond. Learn a thing from them north store. Love Casey's pizza, but this location the guy who took my order acted as if it was a burden to help me, rolled his eyes. Was... told it would be 15-20 minute wait for my 2 pizzas and wings. I sat there for 45-60 minutes, saw that there were 3 boxes stackedbut assuming it was for someone else who had called, however when I went to question if it was near being done, those same 3boxes that had been sitting there for a good 20 minutes the guy hands to me, no apology for wait or anything, just basicallytosses the pizza over.. What is the point of taking my number if I will not even get a call when the order is done, let alonecontinue looking at me and say nothing about it being finished? but cut up and talk away to coworkers and ignore a payingcustomer. Have times changed in the last year or what? There are only a couple guys that actually provide good customer service anymore.... Most of the staff working in the mornings must have no clue what the word nice is! It?s sad really that they can?t be morepolite, especially since my family makes frequent visits to this store. Take example this morning, I got a 6 pack of donuts,then decided to get one more for myself. Instead of getting the 6 pack discount and then charged for an extra, the woman chargedfor 7 separate donuts. When I inquired about it, all I got was attitude. From now on if the tall slim guy or the guy with themustache are not working, I will probably turn around and head to the South Stewartville store, so I don?t have to deal with theattitude from the rest of the staff. Got pizza from here and not only was it 15 minutes later than the time we selected for pick up but we got to the last few pieces... and found plastic in the crust! ???? Not sure how plastic ends up in pizza but I can say for sure I will drive across town forCasey?s pizza next time. Read more
